Who is our client and with what tasks we were approached:
The client is a wholesale store of socks and underwear. The client asked to promote the store with the desire to eliminate routine work and increase the number of orders after the conference.
What were our actions – stages:
We decided to optimize the existing content of the site and focus on one group of products. To do this, we worked on descriptions and key inquiries for the first 2 months.
Then work began on the unification of content and design of the store and the parallel launch of Merchant Center.
What this resulted in: the number of new customers has grown significantly. Also, every month people return to the site due to the stable presence of Google Shopping in the top five and high quality customer service.
The site began to better convert customers into orders, and a convenient change in structure has helped wholesale buyers find the product they need faster.
Work is underway to develop a new source of involvement – working with dropshipers and expanding groups to promote.
