Objective: Increase turnover to $3000 per month in six months through market analysis and assortment expansion.

Results:
Before working with us, the store received only 17 orders from 2020 to September 2022, with an average check of $69.
After five months of cooperation, we managed to increase traffic from 589 visits (in September) to 11,800 visits (in February). We were also able to increase the average check to $273.

During the first month of cooperation, we took the following actions:
- Collecting semantics: Since the store had a small assortment of panels, our first task was to understand which products were in demand on Etsy, and which topics needed to be promoted. For the general assortment, we analyzed and collected semantics – targeted narrow and more general broad, and sorted the keys by priority.
- Systematic work with listings and content: To increase traffic, we systematically recreated listings with poor performance and optimized top sellers.
- Setting up and optimizing advertising: We set up and optimized advertising campaigns to increase visibility and attract potential customers.
- Optimization of listings and creation of infographics: We reworked the photos and focused on explaining the characteristics of the product in additional photos. We also created several types of infographics, including those on the main advantages, colors, customization, linking infographics, and assortment display.
Revising Strategy and Testing New Products
During the first month of cooperation, we saw an increase in traffic, partly due to an increase in the advertising budget. However, our actions did not lead to an increase in the number of orders and turnover.
We revised our strategy, analyzed the niche and competitors, and decided to test new products. Since the store owner is a manufacturer, the only limitation in the selection of goods was its main component – stabilized moss. As a result, we created ice-backlit panels, a wall mirror decorated with moss, and an unexpected top item – WC badges for coffee shops and restaurants.
To find ideas for new products, we analyze niches and trending queries, and focus on keywords with low competition but high frequency.

Introducing New Products and Boosting Traffic
We introduce new products by purchasing stock photos and creating 1-2 listings with them before the actual product is made. If the product is ordered, we supplement the assortment with real live photos. This approach resulted in just one listing created from a stock photo generating $5240 in turnover.
Introducing new products not only allows us to expand our assortment, but also the semantics we use for the store. This, in turn, gave us a significant boost in traffic.
In addition to traditional keyword research in eRank, we also used queries from Serpstat, Keyword Planner, and Keyword Tool. This approach allowed us to increase traffic from Google, and as a result, a significant percentage of orders began to come from Offsite Ads.
